Hello music program,
At our last booster meeting we discovered a conflict with the January booster meeting on the last Wednesday of the month. We decided to move the meeting up a week to Thursday the 23rd.
I'm very sorry for the late notice & I hate to have to ask this of all of you but, I need to move the meeting up another week to tomorrow Thursday the 16th. That's this Thursday from 6:30 to 8 pm in the band room. I'm unavailable next week so it has to be now, no way around it (sorry).
We have quite a bit to discuss so we can't just skip it however, if you are unable to make the meeting no hard feelings but, please do what you can to be there or at least try to have a representative present (grandparents, babysitter, neighbors, etc.).
We need to finalize the bake sale donations & volunteers ASAP. Please send an email to Nicole Fonda at cwgrlqt4u@yahoo.com with what you're willing to do to help.
We're asking our band families, friends, relatives and anyone you know to provide all kinds of baked goods (cookies, brownies, cakes, & whatever else you're willing to make or purchase).
If you're not much of a chef (or just don't have time to cook), we would gladly accept an opt-out donation.
We will also discuss a possible change for the new winter class schedule so please bring your most up-to-date calendar.
