TRY OUTS FOR FALL COLOR GUARD, DRUM MAJOR, MAJORETTE & DRUM LINE
May 02 -- Crazy early morning practice - 6:40 am to 7:40 am - AT OLM SCHOOL
May 02 -- Entertainment Grandparent's Day - AT OLM SCHOOL
May 02 -- UNIFORM FITTING #1
ALL STUDENTS ATTENDING PARADE NEED TO BE FITTED
May 02 -- DEADLINE - RSVP for end of year trip on or before this date.
-- Band member cost covered
-- Parents, siblings & family members welcome to attend at their cost
(will receive group rate of $17.00 per person)
May 03 -- Los Banos Spring Fair Parade, Los Banos
May 05 -- UNIFORM FITTING #2
- Any student not attending first fitting needs to attend this one.
May 07 -- End of School Year Performance for student body - 1:40 pm
May 07 -- End of School Year Performance & Awards, At OLM School - 6:30 pm for parents
May 08 -- End of Year Trip to Boomers - Leave school at 1:45 pm return approx 8 pm
Please send approx $5-$10 for children to get something to eat.
May 17 -- Chowchilla Spring Fair, Chowchilla, CA
June 2014
June 11-15 -- Merced County Fair Performance
June 11-15 -- Merced County Fair Booth - Need Volunteers to Work it.
(Popcorn Booth - no children) 2 hour shifts from 2 pm to Midnight every day.
OPEN TO ANY OLM PARENT NEEDING SERVICE HOURS
SUMMER FUNDRAISER - looking for ideas, volunteers and someone to chair the events.
