Be sure to stop by the band room to sign up to sell basket raffle tickets. Also, this is the last chance to sell the bake sale pre-sale tickets. Let me know if you need more, I have plenty!
We're still waiting to hear from some of you about any baked goods being donated for the bake sale this weekend. You can just bring them by but, if you have a rough idea what your bringing and how much, it would be nice to know.
Instructions for raffle tickets:
Tickets are sold for $1 each. It’s very important that you record the name & phone number of every person you sell a ticket to and once for every ticket they buy. The purchaser keeps the “ticket” and the seller keeps the “coupon”. Please note the ticket and coupon are side by side (matching numbers). The name & phone number of the purchaser should be recorded on the “coupon” with the number that matches the “ticket”. The purchaser does not need to be present to win. There is no limit to how many tickets a purchaser can buy. The winner will win a prize basket with “Family night” related items in it. All coupons must be turned in to Mr. Humpal no later than Friday at 2:30 pm or to Mrs. Fonda before the last mass on Sunday. All unsold tickets must be returned.
